CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

But we feel it's only fair to give you a heads-up: once your purchase is made, it's all yours, as we aren't able to accept returns. This policy helps ensure every item you receive is of the best quality, just for you.
- If you've opened your package to find your items damaged or defective, we want to make it better, pronto! Please let us know of any damages within 5 days of your order landing on your doorstep by reporting to email@example.com. Be sure to include an image of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll leap into action to sort things out.
- Since we're not able to accept returns, we keep our focus on making sure you get items in tip-top shape. If by some chance your order arrives and it's not in the flawless condition we both expect (think damaged or leaking), there's no need to fret! In these rare instances, we're more than ready to issue a refund.
