Panalane® L-14E is a low viscosity emollient with a smooth, non-greasy, soft feel that acts as a skin conditioner. This hydrogenated polyisobutene improves wear resistance and provides skin hydration. It provides great spreadability and is a shine enhancer. It has a mineral oil-like viscosity. Use level: 1-70%.
