Formulation Guidelines
- Typical use level: up to 5%
- Formulation pH range: 5 – 9
- Can be used in different product forms: stick, powder, emulsion, etc.
- Should be added at the end of the formulation without too much agitation
- For best color development, the capsule needs to swell for 12 - 48 hours
- Not for use in hydroalcoholic systems, Not recommended with high levels of organic UV filters or polar emollients
- for those systems, use Biogenic Magicolor 140 or 150 collections, Permitted use for eye or lip area applications should be confirmed against current regulations
