Arcopearl® FEHD 400 pigments are synthetic mica-based interference pigments made with a unique patented layering technology for a stronger, clearer visual effect. In the FEHD 400 series, synthetic mica is layered with iron oxides first, then coated with titanium dioxide — the reverse of traditional pearl pigments. This special structure helps create more vibrant, intense colors. The FEHD 400 series has a particle size range of 20–80 µm and is guaranteed to have low levels of heavy metals. Use level: 1 - 30%
